Envy, to install drivers proprietors of nVidia and ATI in Linux

Envy, is one of the graphical solutions that we must to install ours easily drivers. Thanks to a wonderful work of Alberto Milone we can enjoy the installation of ours drivers of graphical way, since the project arises like script, but that from now on has a simple GUI, but sufficient to achieve its objective.
Envy is an application written in python which has the function to detect, to unload and to install driver your video card. Envy detects your graphics card and unloads drivers directly proprietors of the same Web of ATI or Nvidia according to is the case. Later it installs the dependencies to compile the module, rewrites the file xorg.conf, it reinitiates the Xs and voilá already you have installed your drivers.
I install how it?
1) To detect the model of your graphic card. (it supports cards ATI and Nvidia)
2) Unloading of Internet the propietary version that better corresponds for your card ATI or Nvidia.
3) connect (it groups, reunites) the compilers, OpenGL, etc. required to create corresponding units
4) It installs drivers
5) It publishes by you (Setea, fixes, etc) xorg.conf (where this the configuration file of the Xserver)
6) reinitiate the Xserver by you (you wish If it, this is so that the done changes activate)
PS: Alberto Milone has made this project under license GLP so pueder to watch the code source TV if you like or if you wish to modify it for your personal use.
And to stress that it is as much for Ubuntu Dapper as Edgy
